For all reservations, I like to point out that we always want to offer the best to our guests and the property is located in a family environment. We are looking for people who want to have a peaceful experience, and for this reason, parties, music and loud conversations that disturb the neighbors are not allowed. The space Located in a safe neighborhood, close to a market, bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, snack bar, ice cream parlor, greengrocer, wine cellar, fitness center and sports court. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on availability!! We provide all household utensils, our kitchen is fully equipped, you don't need to bring anything at all. You will only need to bring your personal belongings, bed linens, and pillows. If you forget to bring an item or miss something that is not on the farm, do not hesitate to ask me, I will do my best to provide it as soon as possible :) For reservations of more than two nights, you will receive a visit for pool maintenance, but don't worry, the person responsible has access only to the pool and is extremely trustworthy; For the end of the year and holidays, we only work with packages. Our Wi-Fi is fiber optic with 20 megabytes and has a great signal, enabling you to perform all your online tasks. Only the Vivo operator has a signal here. Our TV has a converter, ensuring the same functionality as a smart TV. The outlets are 110 Vtts. There are 3 bathrooms: two internal and one external.
