It is a sleepy seaside town approx. 90 drive from Melbourne. It has an amazing family friendly swimming beach, great fishing and a short drive to Philip Island, San Remo and Kilcunda. The house has broadband internet, Netflix and a selection of board games for kids and adults. The space Recently refreshed with a new kitchen, appliances, beds and linen, you will love the spacious open plan living areas. The house has a large front and rear deck, with brand new BBQ, outdoor dining and lots and grassy outdoor space. There is also a large fire pit in the garden. The house had 2 bedrooms. A light filled master bedroom with a queen bed and doors opening on to a large front deck. The other bedroom sleeps 5, with a single bunk and a single over a double. There is also a pull out couch in the living room that sleeps 2. If requested, a large desk can be set up in the master bedroom for use as a home study.
