19th century worker's terraced cottage. Across road from Sconce & Devon Park , 5 mins walk from riverside, 10 mins walk from town centre & just off A 46. Free public off- street parking, pets welcome. We aim to provide a simple yet comfortable stay in line with the origin of the house & the need for mod cons. So, traditional family eating & sitting spaces are joined by CH, constant hot water, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI & smart TV. Sun Room can be used as workspace. Courtyard garden for pets. The space A terraced house. Street entry to living room. Walk through past stairs to diner/kitchen to sun room to courtyard garden. Steep stairs with handrails to double bedroom on left & single on right & full bathroom along corridor past the single. Airing cupboard with hairdryer & airing facilities + iron & ironing board just before bathroom. Guest access The house is yours but certain areas are out of bounds for health & safety reasons: cellar, WIFI wires cupboard, boiler cupboard, outside sheds. You are kindly requested to stay away from same & to certainly keep chlldren away from them. Other things to note Due to pandemic in-depth cleaning requirements & cleaners' safety issues the house is sealed for a min of one night between lets. In the interests of the health & safety of all, I am asking everyone to be sure they are covid free before they book and to be prepared to follow national & local government guide lines at all times. We have adopted certain procedures regarding cleanliness in the house, the disposal of rubbish & soiled linen . I will send full details prior to a guest's arrival.
