The space The whole property is for you, nothing is shared. 6 identical Villas available. An isolated, private property amongst traditional Paddy fields in the heart of Berawa surprisingly close to bars, restaurants, a variety of shops, leisure facilities, the beach, and to Finns and Atlas Beach Club. This modern Villa was built in 2022, has a fully equipped kitchen, hi-speed internet, 60" TV, staff to greet you and maintain the property with linen and towels changed every 3 days. Private scooter parking and surrounded by Rice fields. The property has been designed with its surroundings in mind, havings walls builts with semi solid blocks allowing both nature and air to flow through the external areas. The living area offers both closed and open living with large sliding doors opening the interior to exterior; a sunken lounge facing the pool overlooked by our 60" TV Screens, with a fully fitted kitchen area offering a fridge freezer, cooking facilities, all the pots, pans and utensils you would need as well as a microwave & drinking water dispenser and a dining area overlookig the whole space. The whole area has independent AC to ensure the climate suits you're needs. The bathroom houses 2 basins & a large shower space with a towel ladder for ease of comfort. The split level bedroom with blackout blinds offers comfort and relaxation as well as AC to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. All of the areas have large glass windows allowing the surrounding greenery to be seen always and giving the added feeling of being close to the beautiful Bali tropical nature. Please note that Construction has just started opposite our Villas, and this may cause some noise inconvenience during the daytime to our guests. We apologies in advance for this however, it is completely outside our control. Guest access Please note that as our Villas sit in the middle of Paddy fields access and parking to them is restricted for scooters only. there is no access or parking available for cars. Parking for cars can be found a short walk away but there is a local Banjar charge of IDR 100K per night for parking; please note this is not our parking charge.
