Pleasant quiet cottage

5 minutes from the Chizé forest, 20 minutes from Niort and the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from the futuroscope and La Rochelle; 10 minutes from exit 33 A10. Children are under the responsibility of the parents because the staircase does not have a railing (see photos). The room has a large bed and a large mattress on the floor. Linens and towels are included. Private outdoor terrace with barbecue/gas plancha. 2 adults maximum Other things to note the cottage has a small enclosed courtyard inserted in the large courtyard of my accommodation where a dog and a cat may be present, they are very nice.
