Pleasant quiet cottage

5 minutes from the Chizé forest, 20 minutes from Niort and the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from the futuroscope and La Rochelle; 10 minutes from exit 33 A10. The children are under the responsibility of the parents because the staircase does not have a railing (see photos). The room has a queen bed and a large mattress on the floor . Linens and towels are included . Private outdoor terrace with barbecue/gas plancha. Maximum 2 adults. Other things to note The cottage has a small, enclosed courtyard within the larger courtyard of my property, where a dog and a cat may be present; they are very friendly. Senseo coffee maker.
