We will be delighted to share our tips with you! The space Our apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a charming architect-designed house. You will access the apartment via an independent staircase. The apartment and the street are very quiet. Upstairs: Living room bathed in light, crossing, double exposure open to two terraces. One of 7 m2 ideal for dinner at sunset. The other 15 m2, facing south east, flowery and fully equipped plancha available. Open living room with sofa and overhead projector and quality sound system, movie night guaranteed! Dining room with fully equipped open kitchen. Downstairs: - BEDROOM 1 – Master suite with shower room and toilet. A double bed and possibility to put a single mattress on the floor (provided). Empty wardrobe and hangers. - BEDROOM 2 with double bed and empty dresser. - BATHROOM No. 2 with bathtub - TOILET no. 2 independent - Laundry room with washing machine Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made. Bath towels, soap, shampoo etc provided Note: A third bedroom exists in the apartment but will be closed with our personal belongings. Guest access Possibility to park your car on the street (paid according to schedule) or in a paid underground car park 5 min walk. Once there, everything is within walking distance (multiple transport within 5 minutes and many shops very close by, including a market 3 times a week) The accommodation is ideally located in Malakoff, very close to the city center and very close to Paris on foot)
