The rest is a big 10m x 6m room with another small bathroom, air conditioning, the grillero, kitchenette, tv cable and wifi. Garden in front, with table, chairs and garden hammock. The entrance is separate from the house and only the garage is shared. It is 900m from the beach and 50m from the Route where the bus stops are located. Guest access The house is half a block from the Interbalnearia Route and the bus stop that goes to Montevideo (30 km), Atlántida (7 km), Piriápolis (60 km), Punta del Este (100 km). The house is 900m from the beach. The vehicle can be entered by a side door and can be stored in a closed garage. Other things to note The kitchenette consists of microwave, fridge, 4 stove and gas oven, dishwasher, electric jug, dishes for 4 people, cutlery and kitchenware. It also has toiletries and cleaning supplies. The bedroom comes equipped with bedding and towels for the bathroom (not for beach). The TV in the room is smart and has a Netflix account included. Washer included in the living room bathroom.
