Private room is on the first floor of this old and beautiful building just in Zagreb city center. Room is 19m2 big and has wide view to the Varsavska street, its own bathroom with all hotel amenities. Room has heating/cooling system + floor heating in bathroom. There is tea and coffee set and some snacks in the fridge. It is just few steps away from most famous coffee places in Zagreb and sweet Museum of Chocolate is just across the building. WiFi internet is secured. The space Building is placed in pedestrian zone and it can not be reached by car, nearest car stop is maybe 50m far. It doesn't have its own parking place but public street parking or garage with parking fee is option. This huge apartment was renovated into rooms for rent, each room has its own bathroom and entrance and all privacy needed. Only common space is large hallway that is under video surveillance.
