Ceiling heights of up to 6 m, a 4 m long table, high-speed Wi-Fi and quiet seating niches overlooking Lake Achensee make the penthouse an ideal retreat for time away, project work or relocating your home office to the Alps. The space The split-level building, designed by young award-winning Tyrolean architects, creates a unique sense of space with ceiling heights of up to 6 metres, generous proportions and panoramic views of Lake Achensee and the surrounding mountains. From 2026 onwards, the Penthouse is especially suited to business-related stays, project work and longer workations in the Alps. High-speed internet with robust speeds of 100 Mbit download and 50 Mbit upload, strong Wi-Fi and LAN connections support demanding remote work and business needs. The penthouse offers 135 m² on one level, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. One room with a small office desk and LAN connection enjoys morning light, while the extra-long 4-metre table is perfect for focused work, creative projects, shared meals or long conversations. Quiet seating niches with beautiful lake and mountain views create inviting spaces to read, think, unwind or work in peace. The gallery includes an additional lounge with Samsung Smart TV, and the fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. The upper loft-style area is great for relaxing and watching the stars under the roof windows. The custom-built kitchen is fully equipped with a large Miele induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, cookware and everything needed for longer stays. A highlight is the rooftop terrace with deck chairs and sun loungers. With panoramic views over the mountains and Lake Achensee, it is the perfect place to relax after a productive day, an outdoor adventure or simply a quiet afternoon in the sun. In coordination with the landlord, you can also use our own privated heated pool in operation from May till October. The region offers a wide range of activities throughout the year: hiking, biking, swimming, sailing, paddleboarding, golf, skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing and more — all surrounded by the unique landscape of Lake Achensee and the Tyrolean Alps. After a day at work or outdoors, you can enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace, cook in the modern kitchen, gather around the long dining table, watch a film, go to the close-by gym or large panorama swimming bath at Atoll Achensee, or end the day on the rooftop terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. Guest access In front of the house, there are 2 carport parking spaces available. Upon request, there is an additional ground-level outdoor parking space, in case the car does not fit. There is everything for daily life in walking distance: supermarket (also open on most Sundays mornings), doctor, cafes/restaurants (MG² Bistro Café, La Vita é Bella, Gourmet Michl Stub'n, Mario´s Imbiss...), bakery, bicycle rental, e-bike-rental, ski-rental, and other sport rentals, ski slopes, cross country skiing, skiresorts, swimming pool and spa. Lake Achensee is only a 10-minute walk away, and at Seespitz, you’ll find several beautiful public lake access points. After the snow melts, starting around May, the lake fills up again gradually, and swimming is often possible way into October/November. For the fans of cold water all year (there is even a Sylvester swim event in Pertisau). At the nearby Atoll Achensee, there is a year-round gym with large panoramic pool, outdoor/indoor heated to ca. 32°C, with experience pool with water current, nice water slide, direct access to the lake, and a Spa. The adventure playground at Atoll is also a hit with kids. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the house and the neighbourhood, whether staying for a holiday, a business trip or a longer retreat. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. The penthouse features a high-end interior and has been furnished with great care. We therefore ask guests to treat the apartment, furniture and finishes with respect. No changes to the interior are permitted, including painting, colouring or altering the walls. At the end of the rental period, the penthouse should be handed back in similarly excellent condition. A vacuum cleaner is provided in the apartment for your convenience. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they do not damage the interior. We kindly ask that paws are cleaned after time outdoors and that dogs sleep only in their own dog bed. A dog bed can also be provided on request. If you have any questions during your stay, please feel free to contact us. The price includes taxes, service charges and the preparation fee. At the end of the rental period, the penthouse should be returned in similarly excellent condition.
