New 145 m2 house in the heart of Blain, less than 5 minutes' walk from the shops in the town center. Perfect accommodation for a family with kids. A dug pool is available and heated to at least 26 degrees from April to September (5.5 x 3 m) The space Between the Nantes-Brest Canal and the Gavre Forest, you can take many walks. Nantes is just 30 minutes away for a day of discovery. The sea (Pornichet, La Baule) is 45 minutes away. A large bay window leads you to the south-facing terrace, shaded by sails, allowing you to enjoy the green space of the garden, its swing and its swimming pool. In the house, you can discover the joys of home automation. Its large living room with large windows will make you feel like you're outdoors. The kitchen, with its glass roof and bar, opens onto the living room.
