Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the condominium, including swimming pools. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The apartment accommodates a maximum total limit of 6 (six) people, including adults, children and babies. Although Airbnb does not consider infants for purposes of counting or charging, they must be considered for purposes of the total limit of guests in the unit, due to the condominium's internal rules; The advertised prices are for up to 5 (five) people, and there may be an extra charge for the 6th guest. These amounts are stated in the consultation. Therefore, when consulting, enter the number of people who will actually be staying to get the correct amount. The condominium does not have a 24-hour concierge, so if you are arriving after 10 p.m., please inform the hosts so they can provide guidance on how to access the condominium. According to the landlord's rules, please be aware of the following information: Do not throw water on the barbecue after use, as this may cause cracks and/or breaks; Do not hang clothes or any other objects on the balconies, under penalty of a fine; Do not smoke or vaporize any type of cigarettes, hookahs or the like in any part of the apartment, not even on the balconies; During the period of the stay, no visitors will be accepted, and only the persons listed in the reservation are authorized to access the condominium and the apartment. ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION FEE (TPA) All vehicles that do not have Ubatuba plates and are not eligible for the exemption must pay the TPA (Environmental Preservation Fee). This charge was instituted by COMPLEMENTARY LAW NUMBER 09 OF DECEMBER 19, 2018 (Decree No. 7874 of April 18, 2022).
