This sofa bed is suitable for daily sleeping (slatted bed base, 13 cm thick mattress) and will ensure optimal comfort. - A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Separate toilet. - An east-facing balcony with sofa, table and solar lights, to enjoy the unobstructed view of the entire mountain range. - Private parking for the condominium (space not allocated) and free street parking in the apartment's street. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). We leave it to you to bring your beach towels as well as your soaps, shampoos, etc. Cot available upon request. Guest access The apartment is ideally located, everything is within walking distance: 24 min walk to Lac-Pâquier and 20 min walk to Old Annecy. If you want to take public transportation, bus stops are at the foot of the apartment.
