The space This is a fully-furnished 24sqm unit, equipped with fast WIFI connection, Smart TV with Netflix, double-sized bed, sofa, refrigerator, microwave, water heater, built-in induction cooker, shower heater, rice cooker, cooking utensils, and silverware. Towels, Body Wash and Shampoo/Conditioner are available. Please bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. Pull-out bed is available for the third guest. Indulge yourself and binge-watch your favorite Netflix show as you relax in a large and comfy sofa. Have fun and make the most of your time while you are here. Guest access -Swimming pool may be used by 2 authorized guests with the following corresponding fees: Php150 (regular days and weekends), and Php 300 (during Holidays). Fee is per guest. This is paid directly to the Admin. -Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. -Parking is not available inside the building. Paid open parking just across the building (Mayflower Parking) is available. -We would also ask for a copy of valid ID of each guest as required by the building management. Other things to note 1. No pets allowed (Admin policy) 2. Strictly No smoking inside the unit 3. No unregistered guests allowed 4. Please turn off the Aircon when leaving 5. Please respect the noise curfew. No loud noises (Penalty will be charged by Admin) 6. No hanging of clothes/towels on balcony railings (Penalty will be charged by Admin) 7. Please close the door each time you leave the unit. It will automatically lock. 8. Please take care of our sheets and towels. 9. Please take care of the furnishings. Any damaged items will be charged accordingly. 10. No rearrangement of the furniture 11. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave.
