“IL BIANCO” apartment, located on the first floor of Villa Le Fornaci, spans over 130 square meters and is made of 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom, another common bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a private terrace. The large and comfortable stone terrace makes this apartment the most sought after of the villa and it is indeed used by our guests in spring and summer either for breakfast or for a quiet dinner under the stars. “IL Bianco”, recently renovated while still retaining its historic charm, has everything you need for your stay and as in all our accommodations is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The thick stone walls and the mild climate of our valley mean that the apartment, even if not equipped with air conditioning, is cool in summer and warm in winter Il bianco faces the southern side of the structure and turns its sight to the village of Lisciano Niccone and the green hills surrounding it. Guests will have private access to the apartment and will share the outdoor facilities, included the swimming pool and gym. The use of the Wellness Area shall be booked in advance and according to the following rules: - turn duration: 90minutes - price: 25€/person - cleaning time between two different turns: 120minutes in winter / 90minutes in summer For those who love cultural destinations and hilltop villages, Lisciano Niccone is 25 km from Montone, 40 km from Pietralunga, 35 minutes by car from Assisi, 40 minutes from Gubbio and Spoleto, 20 minutes from Cortona, 1 hour and 15 'from Florence, Urbino and Siena famous all over the world. Despite being one of the smallest municipalities in Umbria, Lisciano Niccone summarizes the unique characteristics of the region, defined as the "green heart" of Italy. Its territory, characterized by thick woods, rolling hills and a fully cultivated land, represents the ideal destination for those who practice trekking. ONLY FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS (from the beginning of October till the end of March) Heating has to be paid separately on the spot (cash or credit card) and will be factored upon consumption at the market rate applied during the stay. Breakfast is an extra and its cost is 8€/person/day
