The space This unit has it's own entrance and access to the shared patio with barbeque facilities. There is a comfortable queen size bed in the room. You have your own bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The desk is perfect for the corporate guest. The small kitchenette has a bar fridge, a microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine with pods and a sink. The parking is safe off-street parking and is shared with other guests. Guest access Brummeria is a tranquil, tree-rich area which is safe for walking and running. The CSIR East Gate is 1 minute away in the same street. The property is very conveniently located being so close to the N4 and the N1. It is close to Pretoria CBD (10km), Hatfield Gautrain station (6,3km) National Botanical Gardens (2,5km) Watermeyer Centre with a Woolworths food, Mimmo's, Clicks and a barber (1,1 km). OR Thambo and Lanseria International airports are also not far being being just over 35 minutes away. Other things to note We have a very friendly Labrador pointer who loves people.
