All you have to do is a 5 minute walk and than you are in the CENTER OF TIRANA. The space Our place is new and very comfortable for 4 guests , includes a brand new kitchen, a very nice bedroom and two comfortable Sofabeds. Also the apartment contains a small&nice balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffe. Guest access For parking 🅿️ we have the best solution, despite the many places that you can park for free on Kavaja Street , we have two different options, very few meters from the apartment there is a private parking for only 400 ALL (about 3€) for a day, also we suggest the underground parking of Scanderbeg Square with a low price and above all only 5 minutes away from the apartment by walking. Other things to note 100 Mbps & stable WIFI connection. -Comfortable Bed& Sofabeds with extra pillows, clean and nice extra sheets, clean blankets& towels. -Well-equipment kitchen,oven, kitchen utensils. -Air conditioning in both rooms of the apartment. -After each Check-Out the house and everything else is cleaned and prepared for our future guests.
