Chancesea is a spacious two-storey townhouse located on the northern side of Port Victoria, and can sleep up to 8 people. Quilts & pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine (BYO beans), airfryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, and has 180-degree sea views. Chancesea has 3 bedrooms, (2 queen beds, trio bunk plus a trundle bed), with both queen bedrooms having an ensuite bathroom; plus another separate bathroom. Quilts & pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. The main living area is upstairs and has a combined yet spacious dining/kitchen/lounge, with a leather lounge suite, large television, Blu-Ray & DVD player, and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine (BYO beans), airfryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, and has 180-degree sea views. Another lounge/television area is located on the ground floor and leads out to the back deck and secure yard. Chancesea is perfect for families and has a chess game, plus PlayStation 2 & Nintendo Wii game consoles, and some games. WiFi access is available for guests, and a stairlift is available on request. You can relax on the sheltered front balcony taking in the Port Victoria sea views or, if you prefer, the bar on the front deck. There is off-street parking behind a gate with a high clearance for a boat and cars, plus parking in the driveway. Pets are welcome at Chancesea, just let Country Getaways know when making your booking that you will be bringing your pet with you, along with the breed and age of your pet. Chancesea has a secure rear yard and is located a short walk to the northern Port Victoria beaches and a 5 minute drive to the boat ramp & jetty. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
