A well-kept laundry facility on site a few steps away. Free assigned parking Background check & application fee included! The space Recently painted and updated, the condo is clean, bright and airy. Tile floors throughout and enough furniture for you and your family and friends to spread out. The Main living area is open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and all of your cooking and baking needs. The living room contains a large sofa and love seat, tables and a large flat screen TV. The windows in the kitchen and living room also open to let in the outside tropical breeze. The main hallway leads to the full bathroom which includes sink, toilet and tub/shower combo. There are two large bedrooms. The Master bedroom is outfitted with a new Queen coastal bedroom set complete with new mattress and bedding. A separate TV hangs on the wall for relaxing while in bed. There is also a large dresser and closet for clothes and storage. The second bedroom comes with a good-sized workstation for any remote working needs and tons of storage. There is also a Murphy double bed combination in this room. A dresser and walk in closet complete this room. The condo comes with two beach chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrella for your short walk to the beach! Guest access The condo is located on the gulf side of the street in a centrally located area of Marco Island. Directly across the street are restaurants, including one of the best and sought-after breakfast spots on the island. You can walk to dining, shops and even the public beach access which is 0.8 mi from the condo. A quick 15-minute walk or 4-minute bike ride will have you on the pristine white sand of Marco Island. Parking at the condo is free and includes one assigned space. There are also a number of guest spaces. The parking for the unit is very accessible and only steps away. Other things to note A background check and application are required by the condo association for every guest. The application and background check fee will be included. All guests must be approved by the association 20 days prior to arrival.
