Cook is optional (€50/day) The space The 600 m2 villa is nestled in the heart of a beautiful 6500 m2 wooded and flowered garden, a very large heated pool (6x20), with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Tennis court, soccer field, ping pong table, bowling alley, foosball, there's plenty of activities for all ages. Decorated by a renowned interior designer, the villa is furnished with a certain taste for contemporary inspirations. We have provided all the necessary amenities to allow you to have an unforgettable stay in this peaceful retreat with a Marrakchi atmosphere: Large cold room to store food, American fridge, high-speed internet (fiber), wood-burning fireplace, reversible air conditioning, baby equipment, brazier on the solarium, BOSE outdoor speakers, Nespresso machine, private hammam, 4 parking spaces, 360-degree view of the Atlas, outdoor lounge, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, daily cleaning and cooking, table service, each room has its own outdoor terrace, deckchairs, several outdoor lounges in the garden. We are fortunate to have no neighbors. The Villa is located in an estate consisting of 19 other villas. Guarding and security 7/7 and 24/24. Possibility of having nannies at extra cost. We strongly advise renting a car or taking a private driver to be autonomous. Guest access The villa is rented exclusively: you will be at home during the stay. There will be no other tenants during your stay even if you only rent part of the villa's rooms. The number of rooms open depends on the rate paid and the number of guests participating in the stay. The rental includes the use of all common and outdoor areas. Logistical management and shopping are the responsibility of the tenants. We provide you with house staff (cook, maid, gardener-pool attendant), but it is your responsibility to provide the necessary ingredients. If you wish, we offer an additional service including the preparation of menus, the selection of ingredients according to the menus, the purchase and delivery of foodstuffs. This service is charged €150 in addition to the cost of the groceries that you will have to pay in advance. Other things to note Bed linen: changed every 3 days at the customer's request. Bath towels: changed every 2 days. If you want the towels changed, put the dirty towels on the floor. Only those on the floor will be replaced. Latest generation silent reversible air conditioning (hot and cold air) in all bedrooms, living room and dining room. Possibility of beauty treatments and massages at the villa. Airport shuttle, private driver with surcharge. 🚫pets not allowed Outside guests: subject to validation by a staff member. The guest list is requested before your arrival. No form of prostitution is tolerated in any of our establishments. Last-minute cancellation or early checkout for these reasons will not result in a refund. We are in an area with other co-owners, out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed. A cash deposit of €500 is required upon check-in, it will be returned in full upon checkout if there is no damage. Tourist tax extra: €2.50 per person, per night. Pool heating: €50 per day Hammam: €30 for 3 hours Housekeeping hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. For meals, 2 options: -1st option: provision of a cook for €50 per day (shopping remains at your expense). We can take care of preparing the menus, doing the groceries for you, having them delivered, this package costs €150. 2nd option: menus are available for lunch and/or dinner: €30 per person per meal (starter + main course + dessert) -50% for children under 10 years old.
