Beautiful and cozy house with pool and private beach on Lake Ypacaraí! Ideal for rest and family vacations! Located within the gated community "Costa Lago", located on the paved road Aregua - Ypacaraí. 5 minutes from the city of Ypacaraí, 8 minutes from the city of Areguá, 10 minutes from San Bernardino and 30 minutes from Asunción. Costa Lago has 500 meters of beach on the lake. It also has a plaza, sports courts, and 24-hour security guards. The space The house can accommodate up to 6 adults, has two floors and the following layout: - Ground floor: living and dining room (with large rectangular table, chairs, sofa and television), kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, a small cooking plate with two induction burners, cutlery, dishes, pots, blender, jugs, glasses and water filter), bathroom with shower, sink and laundry (with washing machine and basic cleaning utensils). - Second floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (for 2 people), a closet and a television. 1 bedroom with a sofa bed (for two people) and a large mattress (for two people). There is 1 bathroom with shower outside the rooms, for common use among guests. Both rooms have access to a large balcony with chairs for resting. - Outside area: barbecue grill, swimming pool (with outdoor shower), lounge chairs and round table with sunshade and chairs. - There are security cameras that monitor the outside (patio and pool) and also in the living room (off). Guest access Free parking inside the residence. Other things to note - DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE IN THE TAPS. THERE IS ALSO MINERAL WATER IN GALLONS.
