Cozy and quiet two-story house in Atami, 300 meters from the beach, with a barbecue area, swimming pool and balcony with a hammock to enjoy and rest! Air-conditioning in the rooms. We have 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The house is located in a safe and 24-hour monitored condominium, with an ice cream shop and market nearby. The beach is quiet and clean, very good to relax and enjoy. Pets are very welcome in the house! The space The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite, and two full bathrooms. American kitchen connected to the living room and next to the barbecue area. The three bathrooms are electrically heated. Wi-Fi internet for all areas of the house. All bedrooms have air-conditioning! The house is in Atami Sul, quick access to the beach (about 5 minutes on foot). Guest access The Atami condominium is quiet and safe, you can take walks along the seafront, go to the playground, use the beach tennis court and ride a bike. The beach is calm and not very busy.
