The house is new, in front of an APA (Environmental Protection Area), very ventilated and with a large internal green area, being an excellent option to rest with the family or to socialize with friends. The house is less than a 10-minute drive from the meeting of the river with the sea of Barra do Jacuípe, with very calm and warm clean unpolluted waters, making it an ideal place for children and the elderly to enjoy. One of the great attractions of the place is a small boat trip to a calm beach bathed by the river, where you can enjoy a good structure for enjoying snacks, lunches with typical foods and varied drinks. Among other tour options, the house is just 13 minutes (11.0 km) from Guarajuba Beach, 21 minutes (17.9 km) from Itacimirim Beach, 24 minutes (22.4 km) from Forte Beach, 30 minutes (30.0 km) from Imbassaí Beach and 38 minutes (38.6 km) from Santo Antônio de Diogo Beach. The service area of the house includes a washing machine, laundry, clothesline and aerial clotheslines. The house consists of a direct running water supply, as well as emergency support with a 2,000L (two thousand liter) upper water storage tank and a 22,000L (twenty-two thousand liter) artesian well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for the storage area located at the rear side of the property. Other things to note 1- Bed and bath linens ARE NOT INCLUDED in the cleaning fee. If these items are requested, a small additional fee will be charged; 2- From 4 (four) nights, the expenses with consumption of electricity and water are charged separately in proportional measurement registered in the meters, to be carried out at check-in; 3- The maximum number of guests allowed is 16 (SIXTEEN).
