Stunning stone house, restored in a modern way, with a swimming-pool and a large garden for 8-10 people, facing the mountain. Located on the edge of Uzer, a small village close to legendary Balazuc, this spectacular house has three floors with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a family house with a large swimming-pool, a covered terrace and a large harbour in the 3.5 acres garden. There is a small river at the bottom of the garden, in front of a mountain. The property is situated in an ideal setting: it is quiet and unoverlooked without being isolated, close to communication routes, in a village surrounded by vineyards. This house is our second home: it is ideal for families, hikers, and nature lovers. The village is 8km away from a larger town in which you will find all amenities. There is a small supermarket in the village, 5mn walk away from the house, with daily fresh bread, and a pizzeria. The 8mx4m pool is environmentally-sound with mineral salt. It is open as of April 1st. Guests can cycle and walk on the hiking trails. A riding centre 3km away offers individual and group rides in the countryside, and you’ll enjoy the farniente in the garden. The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche (Vallon Pont-d'Arc) are 20km away for those of you who like canoeing and kayaking.
