Flat designed by an architect, fully furnished, broadband internet, split in the bedroom, Smart TV, compact and equipped kitchen and balcony with a hammock to relax The building, on its roof, has an incredible panoramic view, heated pools, a fitness center, dry and steam sauna, 24-hour security, a parking space, and chairs available for use on the beach The space The space was designed so that the guest can enjoy the stay in front of the sea of Rio de Janeiro with comfort and tranquility. Rooms: - 1 Bedroom with split air, a queen-size bed + extra single mattress and option to assemble the baby crib, upon prior notice; - Living room: double sofa bed (no air-conditioning in the living room, only a fan) - Compact kitchen equipped with airfryer. THERE IS NO CONVENTIONAL OVEN. - Balcony with child protection screen and hammock for relaxation - 1 bathroom THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE in the apartment! (We recommend two nearby laundromats) NOTE: The flat has no sea view. The sea view is on the roof of the building, where the swimming pools and sauna are located. Please use the foot washer and remove excess sand before going up to the flat! NOTE: Our floor is laminated and to avoid damage we ask that you do not enter the apartment wet. Bath towels CANNOT be taken down to the beach or pool! We do not provide beach towels! Guest access After the reservation is confirmed, the full name of all guests and a photo of the documents will be requested for registration with the condominium administration. The space is reserved for families and friends! Events and visits are strictly forbidden!! The building has a private parking space in the basement that can be used by the guest, upon prior presentation of the license plate and model of the car at the time of booking. Other things to note We provide quality bed and bath linens, as well as basic items (oil, salt, toilet paper, and liquid soap for hand washing). An iron, glasses, crockery, utensils and kitchen appliances are also available, as shown in the photos (electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, microwave, etc.). NOTE: For guests with babies, we can assemble a camping crib, high chair and bathtub, with prior notice :) Below the residential complex itself there is a variety of shops, with a market, restaurant, bakery, beauty salon, pharmacy, etc. The condominium has tennis courts, soccer, children's playgrounds, toy library, bar. There is an Itaú bike rental point almost in front, which allows a pleasant ride along the beach. There are restaurants and bars at the exit of the condominium (Baladinha, Posto4/5, Seu Vidal, etc.) The area is very family-friendly. The stretch of beach in front has several options for activities, such as surf lessons, beach volleyball, volleyball, etc. The trendy Rua Olegario Maciel is a 20-minute walk along the beach, as is the Jardim Oceânico metro station. It is possible to order an Uber and there is a taxi stand under the building, making it easy for guests to get around the malls of Barra da Tijuca and tourist attractions of Rio de Janeiro.
