Traditional Romanian House with Private Garden

Discover Northern Romania and the lovely Neamt Region, staying at ”Verranda Mornings” House. This 4 rooms old cottage, newly renovated is surrounded by a huge green garden where kids can safely play outdoors.  Located near the forest, the house is easily accessible by car or train and close to the mountain town of Piatra Neamt.  You have access to all the modern amenities and a large selection of slow traveling and eco-friendly activities that can be organized any season you choose to visit. The space Our Guesthouse opened in the beginning of 2022 and combines the authentic Romanian elements, the charm of childhood joy and a special symbolism that can be found in every corner of this location. The house, built with tremendous care is located in Piatra Neamț, it has a traditional house appearance but it also has discreet modern facilities. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, 8 adults and 2 children, in 7 beds (3 doubles, 2 children's beds and 2 singles), located in 4 bedrooms. (We can suppliment with up to 4 more sleeping single beds on request). The comfort of our guests is enhanced by 4 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, one of which is equipped with a traditional stove with a heated bed placed in an open kitchen and several inside and outside relaxation areas. The huge garden that surrounds the house is inhabited by old trees, cheerful birds and little wild animals. It was carefully arranged to become a safe playground for children, a private green spot where you may hide from heat in the Summer or to become a private snow slide for having fun during Winter. We practice nature-friendly tourism encouraging our guests to observe and protect the wonderful biodiversity of our forest neighboring garden. You will find here all you need to spend a quality holiday but in organising our services you'll find us trying to avoid resource waste of any kind. We enjoy supporting our local producers' small community and we encourage slow tourism by discreetly assisting our guests to discover the most beautiful places and experiences this region has to offer. The cottage has easy access by car from Cetatea Neamţului St. in Piatra Neamţ which is the city exit route towards Tg Neamț / Suceava. The road is good, it has 4 traffic lanes and is well lit at night. Car access is just off the main road and via a double wooden gate which is manually opened from inside the property. Pedestrian access is through a separate gate operated by an electric gate. The villa is located in a semi-rural house neighborhood, with straight access to the forest, hills and the Cuiejdi stream. For walks to the stream, forest and ”Draga” church on the Hill, you have a foot walking lane on the left side of the property. We have a few house rules that we kindly ask you to consider when choosing this accommodation: - The optimal capacity of the house is 10 people, the additional number of people must be agreed in advance with the hosts. - the house is non-smoking in all interior areas - Pets are not allowed inside the house or in the verandah. - The house is well soundproofed, you may listen music and be entertained with stories until late in de night inside but loud parties and music are not allowed near neighboring houses.
