Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space This 85 square meter flat located in Gràcia has 2 beds and 2 baths. Adorned with intricate details, from African masks to woven baskets from Brazil, this flat pulls inspiration from all corners of the world. Walking into the flat, there is a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Adjoined to the room is an office, custom-made with recycled wood. Next to the bedroom, find a storage room fitted with coat hooks to keep organized. Find a bathroom in the hallway with a full shower. The kitchen has beautifully designed tiles, and comes fully equipped with all cooking appliances and utensils. Across from the kitchen find a secondary sink with additional cabinets for storage. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room. A big comfortable sofa is ideal for lounging around and watching Tv or listening to vinyls. The living area is flooded with natural light, illuminating the whole space. The patio has a handcrafted corner table made for Ukio at one end, and a sitting area at the other end. The master bedroom has its own private terrace, fitted with a lounge chair and small table. There is a comfortable queen-sized bed with closets along parallel walls. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower. All bedrooms come with new linens and fresh towels. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. A security deposit is required for this stay. More details will be provided during the booking process via Airbnb, and the deposit will be collected by the service provider.
