Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Recently refurbished apartment with all the amenities, and with fantastic garden with sea views. Located on a quiet road just a few minutes walk to the restaurants, harbour and sea front. Note the main bedroom is not big (but with king size bed), with chest of drawers, ladder shelves, and the wardrobe is in 2nd bedroom. No children under 10 please. An extra bed may be available to be set up in the lounge with special request. The space Kitchen dining room with patio doors to garden/patio. Lounge room with two sofas, TV and some board games. One medium size bedroom (looking out to the garden and sea view) with king size bed. One smaller room with twin single beds (trundle pop-out bed), and with wardrobe storage for all. Other things to note Access is via the car park, down the steps through the gate to Flat 1. Please confirm with me the code for the key box if I’m not there to welcome you. Thanks!
