Fast ethernet and 5 GHz WIFI connections are also provided. The space Our apartment offers an exclusive 320 sq. ft. (28 sq. m) indoor living space where guests have access to all amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a queen bed with linen and pillows for sleeping two persons. The en-suite bathroom offers a hot/cold shower, towels and essential toiletries. A clothes closet with hangers, iron and board is available in the bedroom. A dedicated work station with a RJ45 ethernet cable connection and WI-FI is located in the bedroom area. Our 450 mbps internet plan offers high speeds on devices when the ethernet connection or the 5 GHz WI-FI frequency is used. The exclusive kitchen area (not shared) contains a refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, a microwave oven, electric kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, and essential cookware. Guests have exclusive use of the fully-automatic washing machine which is located in a laundry room just outside of the apartment. Free street parking directly in front of the private gated entrance is usually available. Guest access Our guests have sole private access to the entire apartment including all amenities provided therein. Guests also have access to their own private entrance and free street parking just outside the entrance. Other things to note Our pricing excludes the cost of electricity consumed during your stay. We allow guests to manage their own electricity expenses. Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged additionally at a rate of US$0.40 per unit or KWh. This rate reflects the base cost plus the variable fuel surcharge that is charged by the local utility. The apartment's electricity meter reading is photographed at your 3 PM check-in time and again just before your 12 PM check-out time. The difference of these readings will be your electricity consumption during your stay. A deposit of US$50 must be paid at check-in. Any difference in the electricity cost at the end of your stay will be reconciled at check-out. Most of our guests staying for a 28-day period have managed to contain their electricity use within US$50 by using the air conditioner and other amenities efficiently. A few guests who may have used the air conditioner and washing machine excessively, have incurred electricity costs trending towards US$100 and more.
