(28 sq. m) indoor living space where guests have access to all amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a queen bed with linen and pillows for sleeping two persons. The en-suite bathroom offers a hot/cold shower, towels and essential toiletries. A clothes closet with hangers, iron and board is available in the bedroom. A dedicated work station with a RJ45 ethernet cable connection and WI-FI is located in the bedroom area. Our 450 mbps internet plan offers high speeds on devices when the ethernet connection or the 5 GHz WI-FI frequency is used. The exclusive kitchen area (not shared) contains a refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, a microwave oven, electric kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, and essential cookware. Guests have exclusive use of the fully-automatic washing machine which is located in a laundry room just outside of the apartment. Free street parking directly in front of the private gated entrance is usually available. Please note that you are required to pay for your own electricity consumption during your stay. A Management Fee of $50 is included in your reservation as a deposit towards this cost. Any difference between your actual electricity bill at check-out and your $50 deposit will be reconciled appropriately. Our guests have sole private access to the entire apartment including all amenities provided therein. Guests also have access to their own private entrance and free street parking just outside the entrance. We are available throughout to provide you with any guidanc/advice as needed. A variety of other places of possible interest within close proximity include, a local bar, basketball court, a major supermarket (with deli), a cinema, main hospital, pharmacies and the Victoria Park – home for Vincy Mas celebrations and other major entertainment events Guests have all the options available for getting around. The leeward highway into Kingstown is just seconds away giving you the choice of walking to your destination or taking the regular public transportation (minivans). Taxis are also readily available by phone calls and are relatively inexpensive for getting around the surroundings. Please note the following important conditions: 1. The Management Fee of $50 charged at the time of your booking is used as a deposit to pay your electricity bill. Electricity consumed by you will be charged at a rate of $0.45 per unit. Electricity consumed will be calculated by the meter reading at check-in minus the reading at check-out. If your electricity bill at check-out is less than $50, you will be refunded the balance. If it exceeds $50, you will be required to pay the balance in cash. 2. Reservation extensions of less than 28 days will be charged at a daily rate of US$60 per night plus electricity consumption charge. 3. For bookings of more than one month (28 days), Airbnb will charge your credit card for the first-month payment only.
