Valérie and Hubert welcome you all year round to their cottage located near their old farmhouse. Gîte located in the heart of the Breton countryside, 15 minutes from Dinan (beautiful medieval town) and 30 minutes from the Emerald Coast. The space On the ground floor the cottage consists of a large living room comprising: - A fully equipped kitchen - A dining room - A living room with TV and fireplace - An extra bedroom - A walk-in shower - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A master suite with a double bed (2 X 90 X 200) and bathroom with spa bath and double sink. - A master suite with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and bathroom with bathtub and sink. - 2 bedrooms with double bed (2 x 90 x 200) - Bathroom with shower and sink - A separate toilet The house is equipped with central heating. Linens are fully provided. The house has a large garden including a 10 m x 5 m pool with a submerged cover. The pool will be heated from April to September (weather permitting) and will be shared with the owners. Other things to note Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday in July/August. For the other months of the year, bookings are made at the convenience of the guests. For electric cars, a terminal is available in the village at the shopping center. It is not possible to charge your vehicles at the cottage and we are not liable for electric cars (car batteries).
