All the facilities you need in a kitchen - fridge freezer, Oven/Hob/Grill/Hood, microwave oven, dishwasher. full-size bath which also has a standard shower of good power and plenty of hot water. Towels included. TV and DVD player. On request to have 2 single beds rather than 1 x 6ft bed. Extra cost for a third person on a comfortable floor guest bed is £5/night. There is a washing machine, airier, vacuum cleaner, spray floor mop, Iron/Ironing board. For longer stays which we seem to be popular for we simply provide a spare set of clean linen & towels for guests to change and manage themselves during their stay. or if preferred, by arrangement we can provide a clean set every 2 week which ever is preferred. Guest access Guests have access to outside, secluded patio area with patio furniture which overlooks a wide and long lawn. Parking for 2 cars possibly more. private entrance so totally self contained and private to come and go as you need, Quiet and secluded flat. Other things to note Bed make up ready with quilt & pillows. Provide a set of Towels for your stay, Tea, Instant coffee We can provide 2 comfortable single beds rather than the super king please specify, with notice on booking please . Also if 3 people are staying the bed will be a single Guest bed made up situated in corner of the flat giving some privacy rather than all in 1 bedroom see photos. Cost of third person £5. For families with babies the apartment should be suitable however for toddlers & crawling babies please note we have not specifically designed the apartment with their safety in mind so parents will need to check and look out for any potential dangers and keep an eye out at all times. The outside patio area is not enclosed and there are 2 steps up to the flat which may not be suitable for a toddler.
