Beach house room with ocean sounds

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis so close to the beach. This room in a townhouse is a great getaway only a 3- minute stroll to the beach and a flat walk to the village which offers a contemporary European feel of great eateries, cafes and shops. The space The two bedroom townhouse is one of three in the complex. There is an outdoor area attached to enjoy some quite time under a canape of trees. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean is bliss and makes you want to jump into the waves first thing... It's a shared space, open plan living, and open fully equipped kitchen. You will be sharing the townhouse with my partner Svend and myself. Mostly though, it will be just me :) The bathroom is also shared, and there is a powder room downstairs. Please note that the townhouse has a reverse cycle air-conditioning on the first floor to take the nip out of the cold winter mornings or cool down in the hot summer afternoons. The rooms themselves have fans. The property has fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your safety. It is also being sanitized as per Airbnb health and safety prescriptions. Guest access The entire townhouse and patios is shared space. The door code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. The two car spaces and the pool area are shared with other guests in the complex. There is ample street parking. During your stay I love the Airbnb concept and meeting my guests. However, everybody is different and although I love to interact with you, I respect your space, but am available when needed... Happy to offer recommendations for places to visit, eat or just chill.
