You'll have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and Mubi, and Sonos speakers in both the living room and bedroom to soundtrack your stay with your favorite tunes. The bedroom is peaceful and inviting, featuring a plush double bed designed for a restful night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, complete with a charming table for meals or a quiet morning coffee. And after a long day, the bathroom offers a bath and shower combo—perfect for a relaxing soak. You’ll have your own private entrance and access to a lovely shared garden. Keep an eye out for Charlie, the neighbor’s friendly cat, who might come by to say hello while sunbathing. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute stroll to Lea Bridge station, with direct links to Stratford and Tottenham Hale via the Central, Jubilee, and Victoria lines. You’re also close to Upper Clapton, Hackney Marshes, and plenty of up-and-coming local spots worth discovering—all within easy walking distance. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. * Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. * My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
