The long sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot, by bike or, exceptionally, by car. The small town is located at the beginning of the Crozon Peninsula, on the south coast, on the Bay of Douarnenez. Its 1.3 km long, wide sandy beach is particularly popular with families. There is parking and a small beach bar for a snack in between. At the end of the beach there is a sailing school with a wide range of offers, even small children can attend beginner courses here. We recommend a visit to the former sardine port of Douarnenez with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants. On the way you should definitely visit the medieval village of Locronan, which is one of the most beautiful villages in France and has been the setting for numerous films. For children and recreational athletes there is plenty of variety on site: surfing, kayaking, kit surfing or even wave skiing, sand yachting, climbing, archery and bike rental. Crozon also has a maze, paintball facility, high ropes course and even hang gliding from nearby Menez-Hom.
