It was built during the Interwar period,when the neighbourhood of Panemunė had a well-deserved status of a resort and was a very popular holiday destination. Pine forest and shores of Nemunas were a perfect place to spend one's lazy summer days. The space THE VILLA Villa “Grabyte” has a traditional architecture for that period and was built from wood. It has two floors and around 200 sq.m. Most of the antique furniture and objects belong to our family’s past. We have refurbished the house combining the comfort and design with vintage details. Art Deco decorations and eclectic style create a special atmosphere in every room. Here authenticity meets innovation for a perfect harmony. On the ground floor you will find the main spaces. There is a spacious entrance hall with wardrobes for your coats and shoes, a dining room with an extendable table for 4-6 persons and some other dining tables all around the main area that each fit two people. There is also a large living room with a TV and various sitting lounges. Behind this, there is a fully equipped kitchen with isle and bar chairs for 6 persons. If you go further, you will find a small laundry room with all necessary appliances and a separate bathroom. All the main living areas have about 100 sq. m. and are used by our guests who rent single rooms. If you take all three rooms, the entire house will be yours. Upstairs, you will be welcomed by our unique suites. Villa “Grabyte” is surrounded by a 1400 sq. m. private garden with pines and acacia trees all around. For warm seasons there is a terrace with leisure and dining areas, a fireplace for barbecues and a private parking. We truly hope you will find peace and relaxation, yet you will appreciate and respect every corner designed with care in this villa. OUR ROOMS. There are three suites on the first floor each one with its own private bathroom. Each room has air conditioning, bed sheets, hair dryer, shampoo, TV and fully black out curtains for a perfect rest. You can book one of the rooms and share daily spaces or choose to book all three rooms and enjoy full privacy of your own. SUITE POVILAS is a 21 sq. m. room full of colors. The eclectic style allows to enjoy beautiful mix of details that so that your rest here would be far from boring. In this room the sun shines from early morning. The suite has 180° view of the garden and in summertime you will wake up surrounded by green acacia trees. The room features a double bed of 160cm width and a comfortable orthopedic mattress with memory foam pillows. Amenities include a make-up table, a little private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, bed sheets, hair dryer, shampoo, electric teapot, TV and fully black out curtains for a perfect rest. Guest access The house has a private parking, but it is located in the quiet part of the city, so you can leave your car on the street as well. Other things to note VILLAS’S ROLESS -no parties are allowed -kids: 0-1 and over 12 years old are allowed. Sorry, but the house is full of tiny, brittle glass things so we can not guarantee safety for your little babies. We will be happy to invite you with newborns and teenagers to visit our villa.
