It was built in the interwar period, in 1928, when Panemunė was a prestigious district of Kaunas and a favorite summer resort. The picturesque forest with alleys and beaches on the Nemunas shore was a great place to spend long summer days. Having such a villa was the dream of every successful Kaunas resident. When you rent a room "Povilas", you will feel the spirit of those times. The space VILLA Villa Grabytė is an example of the 1928 interwar Lithuanian wooden architecture with some minor stylistic changes. Almost all the antique furniture you'll find inside the house belonged to our family. We have brought this house to life by combining different eras, combining vintage style with comfort and all modern amenities in the interior. The Art Deco style is dominant in the interior of the villa, along with the eclectic, which allows you to feel the spirit of different eras. All this creates a sense of harmony and overall harmony – what is old and new. The two-storey building is about 200 sq. m. in size, stands away from the streets, surrounded by a spacious 14-acre garden. In the yard there is a remote fireplace with a grill, where you can spend time surrounded by nature on long summer evenings. Next to the house you will find a large outdoor terrace with seating areas. There is a private parking space, but the villa is in a quiet part of the city, so you can safely leave your car next to the villa on the street. First floor of the house is the common area with an area of about 100 sq. m. As soon as you enter the building, you will be greeted by a spacious hall where you will find spacious wardrobes for your outdoor clothes. The second floor is for those who want to relax and enjoy privacy. Here you will find all three spacious bedrooms of the villa with separate toilets. All rooms on the first floor are shared by all guests of the villa living in the three rooms. On this side of the villa, the sun will wake you up early in the morning. The room has a 160 cm wide double bed with a comfortable Memory orthopedic mattress and pillows. Here you will find air conditioning and curtains that completely darken the windows so you can rest peacefully even on short summer nights. The bedroom will have bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, a kettle and a small TV for your convenience.
