Relax at the pool or have a workout in the fully equipped gym. Its all there and centraly located nearby just 5 min away from the beach and Pattaya city. There is underground parking for both cars and morocycles. Shopping centers and countless restaurant choices are within walking distance or short motocycle ride. Laundry and cleaning services are available at the condo. Guest access We will great every guest in person and make sure they feel at home. Guerded underground parking is available for car or motocycle. Other things to note Please be polite to the mostly thai family fellow tennants. Deposit 50 THB per day must pay to us in cash at check in. Electricity 7 THB/unit Water 40 THB/ unit charged to guest as per meter. Local rental contract must sign as per Thai law.
