Shampoo, Soap and Towels are at your disposal. UPPER FLOOR - mezzanine bedroom with Queen Size double bed, overlooking the open space. Bed linen is provided. FLAT SCREEN TV - Amazon Fire Stick, AMAZON PRIME VIDEOS with voice command Alexa. INTERNET - 100% Optic Fiber ( FTTH ) Super Fast ideal for smart working, conference calls or video calls. RENEWABLE GREEN sources are used to heat / cool the apartment, while 90% of the contents in the house are plastic free. The remaining 10% is recycled plastic. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any space available within the apartment. They are invited to make the most of it, to enjoy the space, and ultimately feeling comfortable, like at home. Other things to note For food lovers To all my guests, I will provide an extensive Sicilian Food informations with a little story telling about our tasty and multicultural Sicilian Cuisine, from Pasta, Street Food, Desserts , Ice Cream, local Cheeses, Fish and fine Wine. You will simply LOVE IT. For car drivers Please note that car driving restrictions apply. Being in the middle of the Historic Center, there is a scheme called ZTL (Zone Traffic Limited) to reduce pollution, the number of cars, and safeguard the historic building. For this reason, if you wish to travel or park within the area, you will need to purchase a permit, which costs € 5.00 per day, at any newsstand around here. It is also essential to remember, being a ground floor, street level, the telephone reception is weak, but present, this is due to the thickness of the walls old building. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
