Exclusive apartment, approx. 55 square meters, newly built in the hotel. The suite is spread over 2 floors and has a beautiful bedroom on the upper floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious living / dining area with a very comfortable sofa bed (with mattress). From the living area you can access your own spacious terrace. The apartment is fully equipped due to the hotel business (linens, Nespresso machine, dishes, etc.) and has 2 TVs. The space The apartment is fully equipped and impresses with a great lighting concept, underfloor heating, bright rooms, a private terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a modern daylight bathroom. It has towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, kettle, free Wi-Fi, free parking. Just arrive, feel good and relax. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.60 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request a wedge cushion. On the beautiful terrace with fantastic views of the countryside, you will find high-quality outdoor furniture from the Kartell brand in the form of a table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, our guests will find a comfortable sun lounger from which to enjoy the view of nature as well as a parasol. On request, a roll or breakfast service is possible in the morning for an additional fee. Breakfast will be placed in front of the door in a breakfast box in the morning. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna that can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna independently. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 AM but also in the evening at 10 PM. As soon as you go into the sauna, simply turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied." This guarantees that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs a one-time fee of €10 gross per person. Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Massages can be booked in the apartment upon request. Furthermore, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. As well as fresh towels. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd and 4th person costs €25 gross/night extra. Children up to and including 7 years sleep for free. We provide a high chair, children's travel bed and bottle warmer free of charge upon request.
