Located between the sea and the Tatuamunha river, on the stunning Ecological Route of Miracles (AL), the micro condominium houses two independent chalets, with an architectural design that values the essentials: simplicity, tropical Brazilian style, total comfort and integration with nature. House 1 is fenced, ideal for those traveling with pets. The enclosure offers an exclusive and safe garden for your pet to enjoy together. The balcony has a deck, a hammock area and a charming garden bathtub – a unique piece of Brazilian craftsmanship. With rustic architecture, full of charm and comfort, the house was designed for those seeking simplicity with style. There are two suites with queen-size beds, air-conditioning, hotel-quality mattresses, hot baths and mineral water in the showers and sinks (a real luxury in the region). The living room and kitchen are integrated, ventilated and equipped with a stove, refrigerator, appliances, bowls, plates, pots and pans and everything you need. There is a Smart TV with subscription channels, Wi-Fi and a balcony with a barbecue. Our daily rates include a maid and breakfast preparation support. We change the linens every 5 days of your stay. You can also hire extra services such as meals, transfers or personalized experiences. Guests have access to the shared pool and the entire enclosed garden of Pontal. Parking is free and within the property. We provide complete guides to the region – with tips on tours, food and shopping. I am available, even though I currently live in Barcelona, with a small time difference. ⚠️ We are located in an Environmental Protection Area (APA Costa dos Corais). You can see marmosets, birds and other wild animals. We use ecological insect control – here, local life is respected. Repellent is always recommended. 🐾 We have two cats and a wheelchair-bound puppy (Estopinha), all vaccinated and neutered. They don't circulate in the rental houses, but they can be seen on the grounds of the house next door where I lived. Soon they will be with me in Spain.
