This spacious 1903 home is located right by the heart of downtown. Walking distance to all amenities and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Local art is displayed for all to enjoy, including interactive outdoor sculptures. We encourage a positive lifestyle full of adventure. Smoking is not permitted inside the suite. Smoking is allowed outside only. Any evidence of smoking indoors will require an additional $250 cleaning charge for smoke remediation.
