Relax in this charming house ideally located to discover La Rochelle and explore our beautiful region. 8 minutes from La Rochelle and 15 minutes from Île de Ré, the holidays can finally begin! Between land and sea, you can enjoy beautiful and green walks (100 m from the house). Large newly renovated and decorated space with garden + parking space. Your vacation awaits you! Kitchen is Fully stocked. Two bedrooms (with double bed in each) are isolated at the other end of the house to ensure a sweet and restful sleep. This house is quiet and functional to ensure you have the perfect stay! Guest access You can park the car and join the walk to enjoy nature. You'll need the car to shop at the various stores.
