20 m² studio with mountain views, located in Pleynet in a sumptuous wild setting surrounded by impressive mountains culminating at 3000 m altitude. Le Pleynet is part of the 7 Laux family ski resort which is composed of 3 areas: Le Pleynet, Pipay and Prapoutel. 120 km of alpine ski slopes, a play area/daycare for children. Cross-country skiing, boardercross, snowpark, snowshoeing, Wiz luge (summer/winter rail luge), dog sledding and ski schools... The space *** IMPORTANT: Duvets and pillows are provided... but not sheets or towels. Don't forget them! Apartment at the foot of the slopes, possibility to enter the building directly with skis on your feet, presence of a large common room with ski lockers on the 2nd floor, sleeps 4, located on the ground floor, the outside is accessible in a few seconds, possibility to park a few meters from the apartment subject to available spaces. Inside: 1 large bunk bed at the top with new quality mattress, 1 sofa bed for 2 people at the bottom. Ideal for a couple or single person with 2 children. 1 living room with a well-equipped kitchenette: fridge, electric stove, combined oven/microwave, percolator, raclette machine, pancake makers, TV, kettle, electric towel dryer in the bathroom... Guest access A large common room will be available on the 2 nd floor (at the level of the slopes). In winter we ask that you do not bring skis and snowshoes into the apartments... They can be left in the ski lockers or in the car. Whenever possible, we advise you to leave your ski boots there as well. Other things to note Bring with you: - Bed linen (sheet(s) cover + duvet cover(s)... for double beds) and two pillowcases. - Your bath and hand towels. - One or two dish towels for the dishes. Of course the pillows and duvets are on site! The key will be available in the lockbox... Put it back in its place when you leave! As cleaning is not included in the price, we ask that you leave the studio in the same condition it was in when you arrived. :)
