New 5-room house (2019) of 120 m2 with terrace, garden & heated pool in a quiet subdivision, just 15 minutes from Rennes by the 2-lane road, you can easily reach St-Malo, Dinard, Mont St-Michel, St-Brieuc, Brocéliande and the Gulf of Morbihan. The space On the ground floor, large living room of 50 m2 including a very comfortable modular sofa, a dining area, a fully equipped glass kitchen, a children's play area and a toilet. A video projector is available for good movie/series evenings. A laundry room is at your disposal with a washing machine and a washer-dryer. Upstairs, a master suite with a 160 X 200 bed and its private bathroom. A 2nd bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed. A 3rd and 4th bedroom for children each with a 90 x 190 bed and a travel cot if needed. Possibility to install an inflatable mattress of 150 x 190 with a thickness of 50 cm. You will also have a 2nd bathroom with separate toilet. The exterior includes a large wooden terrace and a garden with a large outdoor table, a large umbrella and deckchairs. A semi-underground wooden pool heated and secured by a tarp is available for sunny days (from May/June to September depending on temperatures). Barbecue available for good grilling on sunny days. Sheets, bath towels and dish towels are at your disposal. The beds will be made for your arrival to make things easier for you. The house is equipped with home automation to adjust the roller shutters and heating. Finally, the house has an electric car charger (extra charge if you need to charge your vehicle, please ask us in advance). Attention: No parties/celebrations allowed! Pets not allowed due to our children's allergies/asthma. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the garage. Other things to note Please respect the accommodation and maintain it during your stay (tidying and normal maintenance). A package for the big departure cleaning is applied so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
