New T5 house (2019) of 120m2 with terrace, garden & heated pool in a quiet subdivision, only 15 minutes from Rennes by the 2x2 lanes, you can easily reach St-Malo, Dinard, Mont St-Michel, St-Brieuc, Brocéliande and the Gulf of Morbihan. The space On the ground floor, large living room of 50 m2 including a very comfortable modular sofa, dining area, fully equipped canopy kitchen, children's play area and toilet. A video projector is available for good movie/series evenings. A laundry is available with a washer and washer dryer. Upstairs, a master suite with a 160 X 200 bed and its private bathroom. A 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A 3rd and 4th bedroom for children, each with a 90 X 190 bed and an umbrella bed if needed. Possibility to install a 150x190 air mattress with a thickness of 50 cm. You will also have a 2nd bathroom with separate toilet. The outside includes a large wooden terrace and garden with a large outdoor table, large umbrella and sunbeds. A semi-buried wooden swimming pool heated and secured by a tarpaulin is available for sunny days (from May/June to September depending on the temperatures). Barbecue made available for good grilling on sunny days. Sheets, bath towels, and tea towels are here for you. The beds will be made for your arrival to make things easier for you. The house is equipped with home automation to adjust roller shutters and heating. Finally, the house has an electric car charger (extra charge if you need to load your vehicle, please ask us beforehand). Attention: No evenings/parties accepted! Pets not allowed due to our children's allergies/asthma. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the garage. Other things to note Please respect the property and maintain it during your stay (tidying up and normal maintenance). A full checkout cleaning fee is applied so you can make the most of your stay.
