The space A spacious and inviting living room welcomes you as soon as you enter the door. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and includes a dedicated coffee/tea bar and eat-in kitchen. Bedrooms feature new luxury mattresses from top brands! Master Bedroom - King - Helix Dusk Luxe Bedroom #2 - Queen - Purple Hybrid Bedroom #3 - Queen - Dreamcloud Newer Samsung Washer & Dryer located in the basement. Bonus den right off the kitchen has a workstation with a large monitor, keyboard and mouse. Also has yoga equipment and board games. Guest access Whole house, fully fenced in back yard and patio, propane grill and driveway Note - Garage is not for guest use Other things to note Features for guests with children - Pack N Play located in the 2nd bedroom closet. - Step stool for kids located in the hall bathroom - Munchkin silverware and cups. Toddler plates and bowls - Cabinet locks and outlet covers are provided in the "Knick Knacks" drawer but are not permanently installed. Other house rules - Please remove your shoes upon entering. There is shoe and coat storage by the front door. This helps us keep the house clean for everyone :) - Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. Please clean up after yourself if you smoke on the property. - Please respect the neighbors by limiting outdoor noise after 9pm - No parties or events of any kind unless approved prior to your visit - No unapproved overnight guests - Please report any damages if they occur so we can quickly remedy.
