The space The flat 304 located on the 3rd floor of Terrazzo Ponta Negra is cozy, well ventilated, is 100m from the beach and close to restaurants, markets, bakeries, snack bars, food trucks, craft fairs, bars, clubs, pharmacies and offers all the amenities for a short or long stay. To provide a comfortable stay for our guests, we have amenities such as 500mb private internet, 24-hour reception, covered garage, elevator, 43” Samsung TV with Wi-Fi connection and access to streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video), bed and bath linens (extra linen kit worth R$60.00 upon request to the host), fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances (300-liter refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, iron).
