This magical and heavenly place, unique, totally private, enjoys an exceptional location, peaceful, very sunny, with magnificent views of the Javroz valley, in Gruyère, at 1,000 m. altitude, with countless hikes nearby. In an old renovated farmhouse, surrounded by large green spaces to rest, eat, play, this apartment (ground floor) is ideal for a couple or family (max 3 adults) looking for tranquility and nature in its purest state. The space Ideal for a couple or family, maximum 3 adults, this apartment is the cozy nest appreciated by hikers and lovers of nature, tranquility, in all seasons. In the kitchen, in winter or in the inter-season, you can light the wood-burning stove at your convenience for your well-being. A supply of wood is available for your use. For the entire apartment, a very efficient new pellet heater, located in the living room, has just been installed. There is a supply of pellets in the apartment ... it will be up to You to fill the pellet tank if needed. This house is a vacation and healing place for me and my family. But during your stay there is, normally, no one in my apartment located on the 1st floor. You can peacefully enjoy the surroundings at your disposal, in complete safety for your children. Guest access A large, completely private space for 3–4 cars is in front of the house. At the bottom of the road there is also a space for 2 cars. In winter the access road is cleared by a snowplow. Other things to note Special attention should be paid to wood and pellet stoves when using them! All information will be given to you upon check-in, including for the Wi-Fi.
