Heated floor for comfort in the winter and aircondition for tje summer heat. 2 rooms with 180x200 cm plus 2 single beds all with comfortable matrasses and 2 sofabeds for extra sleepeng areas. Covered large private patio overlooking the bubbling brook. Guest access Registered guests have access to all of the grounds of the entire house, their sleeping areas, kitchen, the garden, and may use all of the amenities and household items we provide for a most functional and comfortable stay. * some restriction may apply, refer to section "house rules" Other things to note During your stay we are cleaning once a week upon arrangement but we can arrange extra mid-week cleaning for €20 . Arrival time is 2:30 pm and check-out 10:30 am Early check-in or Late check- out only possible when it is not rented next day or the previous night . We offer welcome food basket to order.for a fee. contents bread, eggs, butter, jam, baked goods,ham ,cheese , oil ,milk ,orange juice,fruits and sausage for 3500 Ft per person, min 4 person.
