The Studio is located next to lush Nature in a Private Environmental Reserve. The Reserve offers a safe and protected location, being immersed in more than 30,000 m² of lush Forest with Araucaria, only 3 km from the charming tourist region of the very Italian Santa Felicidade Neighborhood. A very suitable place to energize, rest, recharge, breathe fresh air and relax! * The Studio is located inside the house! * The Bathtub is disabled for use! The space The Studio is very cozy, it accommodates up to two adults, no children. IT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE PREMISES OF A BRICK HOUSE, visible on the upper floor, in a separate wing, with complete privacy, with another Studio and my house. Access to the Studio is via stairs through the main entrance that gives access to the upper floor. The Studio offers all the comforts for your stay: double bed with pillows, duvets and blankets, a mini-pantry for small snacks, with a minibar, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer, sandwich maker, dishes and cutlery. (NOTE: The kitchenette does not have a stove). A round table with two chairs for your meals or work is available. The toilet is large, with ELECTRIC shower. ATTENTION: The BATHTUB that appears in the photos is OFF. If you have a car, there's a place to park, but it's not covered. In winter, there are days when it's quite cold around here. The Studio has a fireplace to warm the room, and we teach you how to use it, if applicable. Firewood is provided for short stays (2 days). Afterwards, the guest can bring their own firewood or purchase it at the Reserve. It is important to bring winter clothes to sleep in and walk around, because even though it is located in Curitiba, the temperature is always lower in the Reserve. Also bring repellent. You will be enchanted by the beauty of the place, with the Garden of Sensations, full of aromatic herbs, flowers and much more, depending on each season of the year! You can walk on the trails in the woods, take a “Forest Bath”, which makes it possible to reconnect with nature, recharge your energy and return to your healthiest, lighter and quieter home!
