We offer you 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofa beds. We can provide a crib with a mattress and linens for the baby. We also accept stays of up to two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna. The space Bath towels and a sauna are provided. Tea and welcome coffee are available to guests. Guests can also use wood and fireplaces located on the property. The water in our facility comes from its own deep well and is additionally filtered, suitable for direct consumption. Parking is monitored and free of charge. Guest access The entire home is available exclusively. Guests have access to a garden with a fire pit, a utility room, and a private parking lot. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: •Check-in time is 4:00 PM - 11:00 AM. •Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. •The property is located in Kowary (58-530) at 4 Widokowa Street. Once you issue a receipt, you won't be able to issue an invoice. •We also inform you about the security deposit collection policy at our property. We charge a deposit of PLN 1,000 - by bank transfer to the indicated account 3 days before the start of the stay. If the transfer is made after this time, we ask that you send a deposit confirmation, but not later than the day of check-in at 3pm. The deposit will be refunded no later than 2 working days after the end of the stay. •Baby cot with mattress and bed linen, we prepare at the request of the guest and is additionally paid - PLN 40 for the entire stay. •We accept max 2 good dogs. The stay is for an additional fee of 40 PLN / day. •The nightly price includes 1 to 10 regular accommodations. Additional 4 spots are paid extra. For one extra bed, the price is PLN 100/day. •There is an inventory of equipment, any inconsistencies please report the census equipment as soon as you arrive. Any faults should be reported as soon as they are discovered. •There is a total ban on smoking within the facility, under pain of a fine of PLN 500.
