I'm offering a relaxing retreat on the grounds of Topp House .The retreat has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. A welcome book is there to greet you and read information where you can step back in time by reading the history of the property. As you open the front door we invite you to unwind in an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette. The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and a large bathroom with under floor heating for comfort. Before you head out to explore the kitchenette has provisions for a light continental breakfast and beverages. You're welcome to wander around the grounds within fenced areas . The property in in constant change depending on the season . The country garden is here to take a wander round or sit in a private Courtyard to take in the views. Listen to the kookaburras, wander over to the church or take a walk down Bethany Road and enjoy a tasting at Bethany Wines. This retreat is located on 10 acres which you will see is sectioned for various uses such as cropping, orchard, vines and home grown vegetables. Depending on the season you visit you may see a nursery for ewes /lambs or rams. Each season gives a different view for you to enjoy and evening spectacular sunsets.
