Maisonette in the countryside of 50m² completely renovated. Located in a small hamlet / locality of 9 houses in the heart of the plains and Dolmens. Near an aerodrome for aviation enthusiasts, 6 minutes from the town of Thouars and its various shops (supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, cinema, its historic center, its castle, its ramparts, as well as its market deemed). On the Thouars-Poitiers axis, 50min from Futuroscope, 1h10 from Puy du Fou, 25min from center parks. The space Attention : - No sheets or towels are included in the basic price of the advertisement. Sheets are however made available for an additional €10/sheet and 5#/towel. - A deep fish basin of about 80 cm is present outside (raised by a wall of about 50 cm). Please be vigilant, especially if you have children, to avoid any accident. You will find a kitchen equipped with sink, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, a dining table and four chairs. The lounge area consists of a sofa convertible into a double bed, a TV with TNT channels. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a dressing room. Guest access Hamlet / locality in the countryside, you can travel by car to reach the town of Thouars which is the closest (6min) or on foot in the Hamlet to connect with nature and go in search of the different Dolmens / Megaliths around you. Other things to note The house is located in our courtyard and is a renovated outbuilding of a farmhouse, not adjoining our house. You may notice that the floor of the accommodation shows signs of wear and tear, some scratches, it is complicated for us to catch up with it but this does not hinder your stay in any way. Please also note that the courtyard is being arranged... Ps: we have a little cat who has come to join us, if she ever wants to come into the accommodation, please don't bring her in (for tenants with allergies or other) Thank you in advance.
